RETURN POLICY


We hold ourselves to a high standard when selecting apparel and accessories to feature in our web store. We guarantee that your Extra Napkin gear will be free of any manufacturing or product defects. We inspect every item included in your purchase for quality and accuracy before it is packaged and shipped. If there is a quality issue with your order, you may return it in new condition with the original packaging for a refund or exchange of the same item. All gear ordered through our website must be returned to the mailing address listed below — returns and exchanges are not permitted in physical Extra Napkin locations. 

We want your order to be just the way you envision it so please review all of your information before submitting your order. You are always welcome to contact us 518 475 7575 if you have questions regarding our apparel and accessories, before placing your order. 

If you find that there is a quality issue with your order, please contact us 518 475 7575 for detailed return policy information and instructions. Guest Service is available Monday through Friday 11:30AM to 5PM EST. 
 

 All refunds and exchange requests must be made within 14 days of receipt. 

 Please ensure that item is returned in "NEW" condition. 

 For your protection, we suggest that all items being returned at our guest's expense be sent by a traceable carrier. Remember to include a copy of your packing slip in the shipment.
